Whistleblowing Policy

At Fidelity United, we are committed to integrity, transparency, and accountability. To support this, the Whistleblowing Policy provides a safe and confidential way for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to report suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation.

What is WhistleBlowing?

Whistleblowing is the reporting of actual, suspected, or potential wrongdoing within the Company. This includes (but is not limited to):

•  Criminal Offences – fraud, bribery, theft, forgery, insider trading.

•  Fraud – internal (by employees) or external (by third parties)

•  Financial Misrepresentation – manipulation of accounts, false reporting.

•  Operational Failures – serious control breaches, mismanagement.

•  Legal/Regulatory Non-Compliance – violation of CBUAE or other laws.

•  Insider Abuse & Confidentiality Breach – misuse of insider information, unauthorized disclosure.

•  Concealment of Misconduct – hiding or covering up wrongdoing.

Note: Routine grievances, harassment, or discrimination are not covered under this Policy.

How to Report?

You can confidentially report misconduct through any of the following channels:

Reports will be acknowledged within 5 working days and initially assessed within 15 working days.

Information to Include

To ensure an effective review, please provide details such as:

•  What happened

•  Who was involved

•  When & Where it took place

•  How it occurred

•  Why it happened

•  Any evidence

•  Any witnesses

To be furnished in the Details of Concern area on the Incident Reporting Form.

Safeguards for WhisteBlowers

We are committed to maintain a culture of transparency and accountability. The following principles ensure the safety and integrity of all individuals who raise genuine concerns:

•  Confidentiality:  Your identity will be protected to the fullest extent permitted by law.

•  Anonymous Reporting:  Allowed, but disclosure of your name is encouraged for better investigation.

•   Protection from Retaliation: No adverse action will be taken against whistleblowers who report concerns in good faith

•  False Allegations:  Malicious or knowingly false reports may result in disciplinary action.

Compliance

This Policy aligns with Central Bank UAE Corporate Governance Regulation (2023), UAE laws, and Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Data Protection.
